Hi.market takes data privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains who we are, how we collect, share, and use Personal Information, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

Personal Information is often, but not exclusively, provided to us when you sign up for and use the Services, consult with our customer support team, send us an email, integrate the Services with another website, service or communicate with us in any other way.

Information we collect automatically: When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Services. Hi.market uses YouTube API, Google API, Facebook API, Instagram API, Twitter API, and other platform (“Social Platforms”) APIs to collect authorized data.

Hi.market uses our YouTube API Client for the YouTube API Services. If you authorize your YouTube account, it will provide access to our YouTube API Client(When requesting access authorization from your account, please check what you have given access to).

In addition, individuals who are residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) can object to processing of their Personal Information, ask to restrict processing of their Personal Information, or request portability of their Personal Information. Similarly, if Personal Information is collected or processed on the basis of consent, the data subject can withdraw his or her consent at any time. if a YouTube Creator authorizes us to collect data(YouTube channel's name, YouTube channel's photo, YouTube channel's url) from his or her YouTube channel with YouTube API Client, he or she may revoke this authorization using Google’s privacy controls. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

The data we store are as bellow:

+ We do not ask for your Web3 private key or credit card information.
+ Web wallet number, nickname, photo and description for system use.
+ The YouTube APIs of the YouTube channel are stored in our Token and YouTube APIs Refresh data, and a connection to your YouTube channel is established with the API. With the link established, YouTube API authorization is only for viewing channel information, video uploading or deletion cannot be done.
+ The Twitter APIs of the Twitter user are stored in our Token and YouTube APIs Refresh data, and a connection to your Twitter user is established with the API. With the link established, Twitter API authorization is only for viewing user information, post or deletion cannot be done.

Hi.market's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

We actively obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as Social Media Data that is publicly available (for example, follower counts), Social Media Data that is privately available that you have authorized hi.market to collect (for example, audience demographic data), and information from other third-party data providers. We take steps to ensure that such third parties are legally or contractually permitted to disclose such information to us. We use this information to provide social media content and performance data to Customers who use our services.

We may use the Personal Information we collect or receive about you for our legitimate business interests, including:
To enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and applicable law. This may include developing tools and algorithms that help us prevent violations.
To protect the rights and safety of our Customers and third parties, as well as our own.

Hi.market does not use YouTube API Client and Twitter API Client to share with outside parties or serve third party advertisements.

We may share and disclose your Personal Information to the following types of third parties for the purposes described in this privacy policy (for purposes of this section, “you” and “your” refer to Customers and Creators unless otherwise indicated):

Our service providers: Sometimes, we share your information with our third-party service providers, who help us provide and support our Services and other business-related functions

For example, to analyze data, to host data, engaging technical support for our Services, and delivering content.These third-party service providers enter into a contract that requires them to use your Personal Information only for the provision of services to us and in a manner that is consistent with this privacy policy.

Hi.market accounts require a web3 wallet to sign in and you will be asked to sign as an additional layer of account access security.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies We and our partners may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels. For example, we use Google Analytics to assess which Services you use and how you use them. We use this information to provide analytics information and enhance the effectiveness of our Services. Reports are also available to us when we send email or support chat message to you, so we may collect and review that information.

Creators Creators can be added to hi.market Services in a number of ways, including Customer data entry, mass ingestion via CSV, or by Creators self identifying and providing their data via an application. Your Creators’ Personal Information and Social Media Data is stored on a secure server. We do not, under any circumstances, sell your Creators’ Personal Information. We may use select Social Media Data metrics across other Hi.market Services, such as audience demographic or engagement data. If one of your Creators complains or contacts us, we might then contact that person.

Other Data Protection Rights You and your Creators may have the following data protection rights:

Hi.market takes reasonable steps to ensure that the data we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and up to date. You can revoke Hi.market’s access to your authorized data from Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, or other social media platforms at any time via each platform’s app and security settings, which can be found using the links below. Note that revoking such authorizations may limit or eliminate certain functionality in Hi.market's Services.
